Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Loop iOS app (“Pink Loop”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Loop is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Loop is

Pink Loop is a personal daily-artifact app for iPhone. Once a day, you pick a Live Photo from your own Photos library and type a brief description. Pink Loop pairs the animated Live Photo with a four-line caption generated on-device by Apple's Foundation Models (the same Apple Intelligence layer built into iOS). The loop becomes a dated entry you can revisit, plus a printable year wall PDF and a Lock Screen widget when you unlock Pro.

Pink Loop is not a photo editor, a social photo-sharing service, a cloud backup, or a substitute for your Photos library. It does not modify, delete, or write back to the original Live Photos that live in your library. Loops are personal artifacts kept locally on your device.

Caption generation requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer with the A17 Pro chip or later). On unsupported devices, loops still save with the picked Live Photo, but the caption step is unavailable.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The language model runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Photos permission and what we do with it

Pink Loop reads only the Live Photos you explicitly pick through Apple's system picker. The app does not scan your broader Photos library, does not run any computer-vision pipeline on your photos, and does not analyze the contents of the image. The four-line caption is written by the on-device language model based on the brief text description you type, not by analyzing the image itself.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Loop on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Loop, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three loop entries lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited loops, the year wall PDF export, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Loop available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Loop, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the Live Photos you pick and for ensuring you have the right to use them; the app provides no editing, sharing, or publishing surface, and loops are kept locally for your own personal reflection.

Not therapy, not medical advice

Pink Loop is a personal-artifact and creative-writing tool. The four-line captions are generated by an on-device language model from a brief you type and are not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. The app does not interpret the meaning of your photos or claim to address mental-health conditions.

Disclaimers

Pink Loop is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Loop or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Loop after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
