Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Lens iOS app (“Pink Lens”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Lens is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Lens is

Pink Lens is a permanent library of physical-world text captures for iPhone. The live camera viewfinder finds text using Apple's on-device data scanner. One tap captures the exact text and writes a short on-device gloss. The library accumulates across years with no annual reset.

Pink Lens requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with an A17 Pro chip or newer (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older or unsupported devices, the app cannot generate glosses because the on-device APIs are not available.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The data scanner and gloss generation run entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Lens is NOT

Pink Lens is not a translation app. The gloss is a short interpretive note from the on-device language model, not a literal translation, and not a dictionary lookup.

Pink Lens is not a social platform. Your captures stay on your device. The app has no feed, no comments, and no sharing surface beyond standard iOS share sheets you control.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Lens on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Generated content

The recognized text comes from Apple's on-device data scanner, and the gloss comes from Apple's on-device language model. Both are probabilistic. The same scene may produce slightly different recognitions and different glosses on different attempts. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any recognition or gloss.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Lens, every feature is unlocked for three captures with no payment and no account.

After the free window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three captures lifetime, OR purchase Pro Monthly at $3, Pro Annual at $13, or Lifetime at $29 at any time from the Settings screen. Pink Lens Pro unlocks unlimited captures, full-library search, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Lens available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Lens, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to photograph any text you capture.

Disclaimers

Pink Lens is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Lens or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Lens after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
