Terms of Use

Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Lark iOS app (“Pink Lark”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Lark is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Lark is

Pink Lark is a daily on-device whim generator for iPhone. Each morning at seven, Apple's on-device language model writes one tiny weird challenge and shows it on a card. You do it in the world. Yesterday's whim is gone. The streak is the only thing that lasts.

Pink Lark requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with an A17 Pro chip or newer (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older or unsupported devices, the app cannot generate a whim because the on-device language model APIs are not available.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The whim generation runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Lark is NOT

Pink Lark is not a habit tracker with a long archive. There is no past-whim feed, no year compilation, no calendar of completed challenges. The streak counter is the only persistent state.

Pink Lark is not a social platform. Your whim and your streak stay on your device. The app has no feed, no comments, and no sharing surface beyond standard iOS share sheets you control.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Lark on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Generated content

The whim text comes from Apple's on-device language model. Because the model is probabilistic, the same morning may produce a different whim if the entry is regenerated. We do not curate, edit, or moderate the model output beyond the system prompt. Use common sense if a whim feels unsafe or uncomfortable; skip the day with no streak penalty.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Lark, every feature is unlocked for three daily whims with no payment and no account.

After the free window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three completed whims lifetime, OR purchase Pro Monthly at $3, Pro Annual at $13, or Lifetime at $29 at any time from the Settings screen. Pink Lark Pro unlocks unlimited daily whims and the streak Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Lark available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Lark, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Lark is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Lark or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Lark after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
