Terms of Use
Acceptance
By installing or using the Pink Lapel iOS app (“Pink Lapel”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Pink Lapel is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
What Pink Lapel is
Pink Lapel is a clothing wear journal for iPhone. You log each clothing item with a name, an optional photo, and an optional purchase cost. Each time you wear an item, you tap to record the wear. The app shows you cost-per-wear and your most- and least-worn pieces over time. All data stays on your device.
The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Lapel on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
Free tier, free window, and subscriptions
When you first install Pink Lapel, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.
After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three clothing items lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering a 14-day free intro on the Monthly subscription. After the intro, Monthly renews at $4/month. You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.
Prices shown are in US dollars and apply to App Store accounts based in the United States. In other territories, Apple charges the equivalent local-currency price published in the App Store for the same Apple price tier.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Lapel available on the App Store under your Apple ID.
Acceptable use
Pink Lapel is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Lapel, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You agree not to attempt to defraud or abuse the in-app subscription system, including by manipulating receipts, exploiting refund mechanisms in bad faith, or circumventing entitlement checks.
Not fashion or financial advice
Pink Lapel is a personal tracking tool. The cost-per-wear figure is purely informational, calculated from the purchase cost you enter divided by the wear events you log. It is not fashion advice, styling advice, financial advice, investment guidance, or a valuation of your wardrobe. Decisions you make based on cost-per-wear or any other metric the app shows are entirely your own.
Disclaimers
Pink Lapel is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Lapel or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Lapel after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
