Terms of Use
Acceptance
By installing or using the Pink Kettle iOS app (“Pink Kettle”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Pink Kettle is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
What Pink Kettle is
Pink Kettle is a fully on-device daily cup logger for iPhone and iPad. You tap a drink type (coffee, espresso, tea, water, wine, and so on), the cup is logged with the current time, and your history is displayed in day, week, and year views with Lock and Home Screen widgets.
The app stores your cup history locally with SwiftData and makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Kettle on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
Free tier and subscriptions
Pink Kettle is free to install. The free tier lets you log one cup per day. Pro unlocks unlimited cups, the year-end mosaic print, and all widgets.
Pro is available as Monthly ($2/month, with a 14-day free intro on first sign-up), Annual ($13/year), or a one-time Lifetime unlock ($29). You can choose any tier from the Settings screen inside the app.
All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Kettle available on the App Store under your Apple ID.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Kettle, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
No medical claims
Pink Kettle is a personal cup logger intended for casual self-tracking. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including but not limited to caffeine intolerance, dehydration, or anything related to alcohol intake. If you have a medical concern about what or how much you drink, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Disclaimers
Pink Kettle is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Kettle or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Kettle after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
