Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Keeper does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Every photo is read and analysed entirely on your iPhone by a model that ships inside the app. No photo, no thumbnail, and no feature derived from a photo is ever uploaded anywhere. There is no server, no account, and no analytics of any kind. The only network call the app makes is to Apple's StoreKit when you choose to subscribe.

Who we are

Pink Keeper is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Data we do NOT collect

• No account, no email, no password. The app has no signup.
• No analytics, no telemetry, no event tracking.
• No advertising identifiers (no IDFA, no fingerprinting).
• No usage data sent off the device.
• No photo upload. Your images, their thumbnails, and every measure the app computes from them stay on your iPhone. The grouping and the picking both run locally.
• No photo content is ever sent to us or to any third party, in any form, at any time.
• No camera, no location, no contacts, no calendar.

Why the app asks for full photo library access

Pink Keeper pre-picks the frame you would have kept by learning from the choices you have already made: the photos you marked as Favorites, the ones you edited, and the frames you kept out of past bursts. With limited access there is no history to learn from, so the app asks for full library access.

That permission is requested only after the app has shown you what it does, and it is never placed behind the paywall. If you decline, the app simply cannot group and rank your shots. You can change the decision at any time in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security, Photos.

The app never deletes a photo on its own

Pink Keeper does not remove anything from your library by itself. Keepers are written into a new album inside your own photo library; the shots it did not pick are simply left out of that album and stay exactly where they are.

If you choose to delete a set of shots, iOS shows its own system confirmation first, and the images then go to Recently Deleted like any other deletion, where they remain recoverable for the usual period.

What stays on your device

• Your taste profile: the on-device model of which frames you tend to keep, updated every time you disagree with a pick. It never leaves the iPhone and it is destroyed if you delete the app.
• Your review history: which groups you have already been through and which frame you chose in each, so the app does not ask twice.
• Local identifiers for the photos already handled. These are Apple's own on-device asset identifiers, not the images themselves.
• Your settings and whether the Pro upgrade screen was seen.

All of the above lives in the app's private on-device storage and never leaves it. Deleting the app removes every piece of it, including the learned taste profile. Albums the app created stay in your photo library, because they are yours.

In-app purchases

If you choose to subscribe (Monthly, Annual) or buy the Lifetime unlock, that transaction is handled by Apple's StoreKit. Apple processes the payment and shares only the receipt with the app so we can verify your entitlement. We never see your card number, billing address, or any personal information beyond Apple's opaque transaction identifier.

Subscription receipts are stored on-device by iOS and used to validate your entitlement when you re-open the app. They are not sent to any server we operate.

Family Sharing

Pink Keeper Pro purchases (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime) are Family-Shareable through Apple's standard Family Sharing mechanism. Apple handles eligibility checks; we do not see who is in your family group.

Children

Pink Keeper is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app transmits no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's privacy regulations by design.

Your rights

Because Pink Keeper does not collect data, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To revoke all access and remove all on-device state, including the learned taste profile, simply delete the app.

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device (for example, cloud sync), this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date at the top will change. For v1.0, no such feature exists.
