Pink Keeper
Picks the shot you would keep. Private.
Bursts and quick retakes leave the same moment in your camera roll again and again. Pink Keeper groups those near-identical shots and suggests the one you would keep, starting from the choices already in your library. Each time you pick a different photo, it learns from that. Your keepers go into an album of their own, and nothing is ever deleted.
How it works
- In the Cull tab, tap Start culling and allow full access to your photos when iOS asks.
- It goes through your whole library with Pro, or your 300 most recent photos on the free version, and groups the near-identical shots of each moment.
- For each group it shows the photo it would keep, large, with the rest of the group in a row below. Tap Keep this one, or tap a different photo first to keep that one instead. Keep none skips the group.
- Each time you keep a photo other than the one it suggested, it learns from your choice and adjusts its picks for the groups still to come.
- Once every group is settled, your keepers are added to an album called Pink Keeper in Photos. The Keepers tab lists everything you have kept, and the Taste tab shows how often you agreed with its picks.
What happens to your photos
Pink Keeper never deletes, moves or edits a photo. The only change it makes to your library is adding your keepers to the Pink Keeper album. The shots you do not keep, and every group where you tap Keep none, stay exactly where they were.
What stays on your device
- No accounts, no email, no signup.
- No analytics, no third-party SDKs.
- Pink Keeper asks for full access to your photo library so it can group similar shots, learn from the choices already in it, and add your keepers to an album. No photo is ever uploaded.
- What it learns about how you choose, and your list of keepers, stay on your iPhone.
- The only network call is to Apple's StoreKit when you choose to subscribe.
