Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Haiku iOS app (“Pink Haiku”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Haiku is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Haiku is

Pink Haiku is an on-device seed-to-haiku-video generator for iPhone. You type a single seed word. Apple's on-device Foundation Models writes a three-line haiku from that seed. Apple's on-device Image Playground paints a different scene for each of the three lines. The app then composes the three scenes into a nine-second silent MP4 with the haiku lines drawn as a text overlay, using AVAssetWriter entirely on-device. Nothing about your seed word, the haiku text, the scene images, or the resulting MP4 leaves your phone.

Pink Haiku requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with an A17 Pro chip or newer (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older or unsupported devices, the app cannot generate haikus because the on-device Foundation Models and Image Playground APIs are not available.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The language model and image generator both run entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Haiku is NOT

Pink Haiku is not a video editor. You cannot trim clips, layer your own footage, adjust audio, or export custom timelines. The MP4 is a fixed nine-second composition generated from a single seed word.

Pink Haiku is not a poetry publishing platform. The haikus you generate stay on your device as personal artifacts. The app has no feed, no social graph, no comments, and no sharing surface beyond standard iOS share sheets you control.

Pink Haiku is not a film studio. The scene images and MP4s are generated by on-device Apple models for personal use, not as commercial film, advertising, or broadcast content.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Haiku on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Generated content

The haiku text comes from Apple's on-device Foundation Models. The three scene images come from Apple's on-device Image Playground. You provide only the seed word. Because these models are probabilistic, the same seed word may produce different haiku and different scenes on different attempts. We do not guarantee aesthetic, factual, or poetic quality of any generated output.

You are responsible for the seed words you type. You agree not to use Pink Haiku to attempt to generate content that violates Apple's usage policies for Foundation Models and Image Playground, applicable law, or the rights of any third party. Apple's on-device safety filters may decline to generate output for some seed words; that is expected behavior and not a defect.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Haiku, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three composed haiku videos lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pink Haiku Pro unlocks unlimited haiku generation, the year feed of all composed videos, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Haiku available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Haiku, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Haiku is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Haiku or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Haiku after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
