Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Glint iOS app (“Pink Glint”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Glint is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Glint is

Pink Glint is a weekly Calendar-density reflection for iPhone. Each Sunday morning, the app reads the density of your past seven days of iOS Calendar events on-device and feeds the summary into Apple's on-device language model. The model writes one short honest line. The line stays in your app sandbox until next Sunday's replaces it.

Pink Glint requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with an A17 Pro chip or newer (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older or unsupported devices, the app cannot generate a glint because the on-device language model APIs are not available.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The line generation runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Glint is NOT

Pink Glint is not a calendar app. It does not let you create, edit, or delete events. It only reads density on Sunday morning.

Pink Glint is not a social platform. Your glint stays on your device. The app has no feed, no comments, and no sharing surface beyond standard iOS share sheets you control.

Pink Glint is not a journal archive. This week's glint replaces last week's on purpose. There is no history, no year view, and no export of past glints.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Glint on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Generated content

The weekly line comes from Apple's on-device language model. Because these models are probabilistic, the same density summary may produce different lines on different Sundays. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any generated text.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Glint, every feature is unlocked for three weekly glints with no payment and no account.

After the free window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three weekly glints lifetime, OR purchase Pro Monthly at $3, Pro Annual at $13, or Lifetime at $29 at any time from the Settings screen. Pink Glint Pro unlocks unlimited weekly glints, the share-card style options, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Glint available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Glint, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Glint is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Glint or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Glint after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
