Terms of Use
Acceptance
By installing or using the Pink Glide iOS app (“Pink Glide”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Pink Glide is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
What Pink Glide is
Pink Glide is a personal daily-artifact app for iPhone. Once a day, you tap a capture button and record a one-second slow-motion video clip at 240 frames per second (or 120fps on devices without 240fps support) through AVCaptureSession and AVCaptureMovieFileOutput. The clip is saved as a MOV file with a thumbnail extracted from the middle frame, and becomes a dated entry you can revisit. Pro unlocks a year reel of 365 stitched glides and a Lock Screen widget.
Pink Glide is not a general-purpose video camera, a video editor, a social-sharing service, or a cloud backup. It records only the one-second window you explicitly trigger, and it keeps your clips locally on your device.
The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. All video capture and the year-reel stitching run entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Camera and Microphone permissions and what we do with them
Pink Glide opens the camera and microphone only while you are on the capture screen and only records the one-second window you trigger. The app does not analyze your clips with any computer-vision or facial-recognition pipeline. Frame rates, encoding, and file format are determined locally by the iOS AVFoundation stack on your device.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Glide on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
Free window and subscriptions
When you first install Pink Glide, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.
After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three glide entries lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited glides, the year reel export, and the Lock Screen widget.
All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Glide available on the App Store under your Apple ID.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Glide, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the content you record and for ensuring you have the right to record people and places that appear in your clips; the app provides no sharing or publishing surface, and glides are kept locally for your own personal reflection.
Not therapy, not medical advice
Pink Glide is a personal-artifact tool. It does not interpret the meaning of what you record and is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice.
Disclaimers
Pink Glide is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Glide or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Glide after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
