Terms of Use

Short version

Pink Garage is an iOS app published by Danielius Studio LLC. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The service countdowns it shows are based on typical service intervals and the readings you enter; it is a tracker, not a substitute for your manufacturer's guidance. It is provided as-is, with no warranty.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Garage on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

Not a service schedule authority

Pink Garage counts down to service based on typical service intervals built into the app and the readings you enter. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule. The app's countdowns are a convenience, not professional automotive advice.

Free window and Pro

When you first install Pink Garage, everything is unlocked for three days, with no payment and no account. After that, you can keep using one vehicle with manual entry for free. Pro adds unlimited vehicles, odometer and receipt scanning, and the yearly Garage Report: Monthly ($3/month), Annual ($13/year), or Lifetime ($29 one-time). Payments are handled by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in iOS Settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

No warranty

Pink Garage is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Garage at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
