Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Frost iOS app (“Pink Frost”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Frost is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Frost is

Pink Frost is a personal face-landmark archive for iPhone. You pick a face photo from your Photos library, and Apple's on-device Vision framework detects the 65 facial landmark points (eyes, brows, nose, lips, face contour). Pink Frost renders those points as a constellation diagram and saves the diagram along with the underlying landmark coordinates and an optional label you type. The constellation becomes a dated entry in a small personal collection of face geometries.

Pink Frost is not facial recognition, not identity verification, and not a face database. It does not compute face prints, does not match faces against any database, on or off your device, and does not classify age, gender, mood, or any other attribute. The original face photo is discarded after detection; only the geometric landmark vectors and the rendered constellation are kept.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The face-landmark detection runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Photos permission and what we do with it

Pink Frost reads only the face photo you explicitly pick through Apple's system picker. The app does not scan your broader Photos library, does not open the camera, and does not run any pipeline other than the Vision face-landmark request on the single image you picked. The image is handed to Vision for landmark detection and then released; it is not written to disk by Pink Frost.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Frost on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Consent of the person photographed

You are responsible for the face photos you pick. You agree that you have the right to use any face photo you bring into Pink Frost, and that, where the face is not your own, you have the consent of the person depicted, including any consent required by applicable biometric-privacy law. Pink Frost provides no sharing surface; constellations are saved locally for your own personal collection.

Free window and subscriptions

Pink Frost is free for the first three frost entries lifetime — no payment, no account, no time limit on those three constellations.

To draw more, you may subscribe Monthly ($4/month with a 14-day intro offer) or Annual ($25/year), or purchase the Lifetime tier ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited frost entries.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. The Monthly subscription renews at $4/month after the 14-day intro period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Frost available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Frost, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You agree not to use Pink Frost to attempt to identify any person, to build any biometric database, or to circumvent any authentication system. Pink Frost is intended only as a personal geometric-artifact tool.

Not therapy, not medical advice

Pink Frost is a personal-artifact tool. The constellation and its label are a geometric record of a face you photographed, not a clinical assessment, not a diagnosis, and not a basis for any medical or psychological judgment. The app does not interpret the meaning of the landmarks and does not claim to address any condition.

Disclaimers

Pink Frost is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Frost or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Frost after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
