Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Forecast iOS app (“Pink Forecast”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Forecast is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Forecast is

Pink Forecast is an on-device daily-reading app for iPhone. Each morning the app reads last night's sleep and heart rate from HealthKit, today's weather from WeatherKit, and today's events from EventKit. Apple's on-device Foundation Models writes three short lines about the day ahead from those signals. At the end of the day you rate the reading from 1 to 5. The reading, the rating, and the year accuracy heatmap stay in your app sandbox.

Pink Forecast requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with an A17 Pro chip or newer (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older or unsupported devices, the app cannot generate readings because the on-device Foundation Models API is not available.

The app makes network calls to Apple WeatherKit for today's weather and to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. No other network calls are made. The language model runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Forecast is NOT

Pink Forecast is not a medical device. The three lines are short personal readings built from on-device signals. They are not a diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment plan. Do not change medication, exercise, or sleep routines based on a reading. If something in your health data concerns you, talk to a clinician.

Pink Forecast is not a coaching or training app. The reading is a reflection, not a prescription. The app does not assign workouts, set goals, or grade you.

Pink Forecast is not a social platform. Your readings stay on your device. The app has no feed, no comments, and no sharing surface beyond standard iOS share sheets you control.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Forecast on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Generated content

The three lines come from Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Because these models are probabilistic, the same input signals may produce different readings on different attempts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, predictive value, or usefulness of any reading.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Forecast, every feature is unlocked for three readings with no payment and no account.

After the free window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three saved readings lifetime, OR purchase Pro Monthly at $4, Pro Annual at $25, or Lifetime at $59 at any time from the Settings screen. Pink Forecast Pro unlocks unlimited daily readings, the year accuracy heatmap, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Forecast available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Forecast, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Forecast is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Forecast or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Forecast after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
