Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Flock iOS app (“Pink Flock”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Flock is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Flock is

Pink Flock is a personal pet-archive app for iPhone. You pick or capture a photo of your pet, give the pet a name, and Pink Flock uses Apple's on-device Vision framework (VNDetectAnimalBodyPoseRequest) to detect the animal's skeletal pose and render it as a silhouette. The silhouette is saved with the pet's name and joins a year wall grouped by pet when you unlock Pro.

Pink Flock is not a pet-health tracker, a training app, a social pet network, or a cloud photo backup. It does not modify, delete, or write back to the original photos that live in your library, and it does not retain the original pet photo at all — only the silhouette and joint vector are kept. Entries are personal artifacts kept locally on your device.

The Vision animal-pose request requires iOS 26 or later on a supported iPhone. On older versions of iOS the app is unavailable.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The Vision framework runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Photos and Camera permissions, and what we do with them

Pink Flock reads only the single photo you explicitly pick through Apple's system picker, or the single photo you capture through the system camera. The app does not scan your broader Photos library, does not run any human-face detection, and does not analyze image contents beyond running the Vision animal-pose request used to render the silhouette. The original photo is discarded after the silhouette is rendered; only the silhouette PNG and joint coordinates are saved.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Flock on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Flock, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three flock entries lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited flock entries and the year wall grouped by pet.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Flock available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Flock, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the photos you pick or capture and for ensuring you have the right to use them; the app provides no publishing surface, and silhouettes are kept locally for your own personal reflection.

Not veterinary advice

Pink Flock is a personal-artifact tool. The skeletal silhouette it renders is not a veterinary assessment, an anatomical diagnosis, or any form of health, training, or behavioral advice for your pet. The app does not interpret what a pose means or claim to identify medical conditions.

Disclaimers

Pink Flock is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Flock or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Flock after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
