Pink Echo
Daily letter in your own voice.
Write one short line of reflection. Apple Intelligence expands it into a short letter back to you. Your Personal Voice reads it aloud. Each day adds another entry to a year-long archive of letters from past you to future you. Everything stays on your device.
How it works
- Open Pink Echo and type a short seed line — what you noticed today, what you carried, one thing you want to remember.
- Apple Intelligence (on-device) expands the seed into a short letter back to you. Nothing is sent to a server.
- Your Personal Voice (donated through Settings -> Accessibility) reads the letter aloud. You can also pick a built-in voice.
- Each saved letter is stored locally with its date and audio. By the end of the year you have an archive of daily letters in your own voice.
- Pin the Lock Screen widget to see today's letter excerpt and tap play.
What stays on your device
- No accounts, no email, no signup.
- No analytics, no third-party SDKs.
- Letter generation runs on Apple's on-device Foundation Models — your text never leaves the phone.
- Personal Voice synthesis is also on-device through Apple's AVSpeechSynthesizer.
- Entries and audio are stored locally with SwiftData. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
- The only network calls Pink Echo makes are to Apple's StoreKit when you choose to subscribe or buy Lifetime.
Device requirements
Pink Echo needs an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone or iPad (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, iPhone 17, iPad with M1 or later, and newer) running iOS 26 or iPadOS 26. Personal Voice requires you to record and approve a voice on your device first, through Settings -> Accessibility -> Personal Voice. If your device doesn't support Apple Intelligence, the app will tell you on first launch and skip the letter step.
Pricing
Three letters free, then Pro unlocks unlimited letters and the year-long audio archive export:
- Pro Monthly: $3/month, with a 14-day free intro on the first subscription.
- Pro Annual: $13/year.
- Pro Lifetime: $29 one-time.
All purchases are handled by Apple and managed under your Apple ID. Pro is Family-Shareable through Apple's standard Family Sharing. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can manage or cancel any time in the App Store subscriptions screen.

To restore a purchase on a new device, open Pink Echo, tap the settings icon, open the paywall, and tap Restore Purchases. Apple will re-verify your Apple ID's entitlements.
To cancel an auto-renewing subscription, open the Settings app on iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Pink Echo Pro.
