Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Drowse iOS app (“Pink Drowse”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Drowse is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Drowse is

Pink Drowse is a nightly ambient-sound journal for iPhone. Eight-second audio clips are sampled at random points during the night and classified on-device. Apple's on-device language model writes one short morning line. Today's line, color, and emoji stay in your app sandbox until tomorrow's replaces them.

Pink Drowse requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with an A17 Pro chip or newer (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older or unsupported devices, the app cannot generate a glint because the on-device language model APIs are not available.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Sound classification and morning-line generation run entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Drowse is NOT

Pink Drowse is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or predict any sleep condition. It is a creative reflection tool. If you have sleep concerns, consult a qualified clinician.

Pink Drowse is not a social platform. Your glint stays on your device. The app has no feed, no comments, and no sharing surface beyond standard iOS share sheets you control.

Pink Drowse is not a journal archive. Today's glint replaces yesterday's on purpose. There is no history, no year view, and no export of past glints.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Drowse on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Generated content

The morning line comes from Apple's on-device language model. Because these models are probabilistic, the same set of nightly classifications may produce different lines on different days. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any generated text.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Drowse, every feature is unlocked for three nights with no payment and no account.

After the free window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three nightly glints lifetime, OR purchase Pro Monthly at $4, Pro Annual at $25, or Lifetime at $59 at any time from the Settings screen. Pink Drowse Pro unlocks unlimited nightly glints, the share-card style options, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Drowse available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Drowse, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Drowse is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Drowse or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Drowse after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
