Sleep with your phone nearby and tap Listen now. Your phone listens for eight seconds, then hands you one honest line about what the night sounded like. There is no year archive. Today's card is the entire product.
How it works
- Sleep with your phone nearby. Tap Listen now, then tap again to start.
- Pink Drowse listens to eight seconds of ambient sound. The clip is analyzed by Apple's on-device Sound Analysis classifier, then discarded.
- Right after the listen, Apple's on-device language model writes one short honest line about what the night sounded like, plus a color and an emoji. Without Apple Intelligence, the line names the sounds Pink Drowse heard, in plain words.
- You read today's card, share it if you want, and start your day.
- Tomorrow's card replaces today's. Your lines stay saved for the Sunday look back. There is no year.
What makes it different
Pink Drowse pairs ambient sleep audio with an on-device language model to write one honest morning line. The Wordle rule applies: a single card today, gone tomorrow. The share card IS the product. No other Studio app uses sound as the primary sleep signal, and no other app refuses to archive the past on purpose.
What needs Apple Intelligence
A line written by Apple's on-device language model needs Apple Intelligence, which runs on iPhone 15 Pro and newer, any iPad with M-series silicon, and iPad mini with A17 Pro, all running iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. Without it, Pink Drowse writes a line that names the sounds it heard in plain words. Listening, the streak and the Sunday look back work on every device.
What stays on your device
- No accounts, no email, no signup.
- No analytics, no third-party SDKs.
- No audio is ever uploaded. Each eight-second clip is classified on-device, then discarded.
- The only network call is to Apple's StoreKit when you choose to subscribe.
Pricing
Everything is unlocked for your first three days. After that, you can save up to 7 lines for free, and Pro removes the limit: Pro Monthly at $4, Pro Annual at $25, or a one-time Lifetime unlock at $59. All purchases are handled by Apple and managed under your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in iOS Settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
