Terms of Use

Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Dose iOS app (“Pink Dose”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Dose is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Dose is

Pink Dose is a fully on-device GLP-1 medication tracker for iPhone and iPad. You log each shot with its dose, injection site and a note, log your weight, and see every dose on a 12-week calendar and your weight trend over time. Lock and Home Screen widgets open the app.

The app stores your log locally with SwiftData and makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Dose on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free tier and subscriptions

Pink Dose is free to install. Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that, without Pro, you can keep 1 medication; shots and weights are never limited. Pro unlocks unlimited medications.

Pro is available as Monthly ($4/month), Annual ($25/year), or a one-time Lifetime unlock ($59). You can choose any tier from the Settings screen inside the app.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Dose available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Dose, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

No medical claims

Pink Dose is a tracking tool, not medical advice. The reminder date it shows is simply 7 days after your last logged shot, not a dosing schedule. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Follow your prescriber's instructions and talk to your doctor about your treatment.

Disclaimers

Pink Dose is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Dose or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Dose after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
