Terms of Use

Short version

Pink Doku is an iOS app published by Danielius Studio LLC, free to download with one optional one-time in-app purchase. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Don't use it to do anything illegal.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Doku on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

Purchases

Pink Doku is free to download. It offers a single optional in-app purchase, Pink Doku Pro, at a one-time price of $29 (USD; local pricing may vary). This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it does not auto-renew, there is no recurring charge, and there is no free trial or introductory offer. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and the unlock stays available on every device signed in to that account. Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy. There are no ads.

No warranty

Pink Doku is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Doku at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
