Short version

Pink Dim is a free iOS app published by Danielius Studio LLC. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Don't use it to do anything illegal.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Dim on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

Free to play, optional Pro

Pink Dim has no ads. Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days; after that you can play 5 games a day for free. An optional Pro upgrade removes the limit: Pro Monthly $3 per month or Pro Annual $13 per year (auto-renewing subscriptions), or Pro Lifetime $29 once. Purchases are handled by Apple's StoreKit and billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices shown are for the United States storefront; your local price appears at the time of purchase.

No warranty

Pink Dim is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Dim at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
