Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Cube iOS app (“Pink Cube”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Cube is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Cube is

Pink Cube is a daily 3D room-scan journal for iPhone and iPad. You tap to start a scan, walk slowly around the room, and Apple's RoomPlan framework captures walls, doors, windows, and furniture as a 3D USDZ model. The model and a small thumbnail are saved to a date-stamped entry inside the app, so you can flip through how a space changed over time.

Pink Cube is a personal scan journal. It is not a professional measurement tool for construction, architecture, surveying, or engineering — use Apple's Measure app, or a dedicated professional instrument, for any decision where dimensional accuracy matters. Pink Cube is also not a real-estate listing tool; the saved scans are personal artifacts, not deliverables. Floor-area numbers, wall lengths, and any other measurements RoomPlan produces are approximate and must not be relied on for legal, financial, structural, or commercial purposes.

Scanning requires a LiDAR-equipped device (iPhone 12 Pro, 13 Pro, 14 Pro, 15 Pro, 16 Pro, 17 Pro and Max variants, or a LiDAR-equipped iPad Pro) running iOS 17 or later. On devices without LiDAR, the app will tell you scanning is unavailable and no scan mode is offered.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. RoomPlan runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Cube on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Cube, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three saved room scans lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited rooms, PDF export, USDZ export to the Files app, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Cube available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Pink Cube for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the app, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. Commercial scanning services, paid measurement work, real-estate marketing, and similar commercial use cases are outside the scope of the license granted by these Terms.

Scanning other people’s spaces

A 3D scan of a room is a detailed record of someone's private space. If the room you are scanning belongs to someone else — a friend's flat, a rental property, a short-term stay, a workplace, a client's home — you are responsible for obtaining the permission of the owner, tenant, or other appropriate party before you start the scan. Scan respectfully, do not scan in spaces where you would not be welcome to take photographs, and do not share saved USDZ files or PDFs without the same permission.

You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws on privacy, recording, trespass, and surveillance in the places you choose to scan. Danielius Studio LLC has no visibility into where or what you scan; the responsibility for lawful and courteous use sits entirely with you.

Not professional advice

Pink Cube produces approximate 3D models for personal reflection. It is not a substitute for a professional surveyor, architect, engineer, contractor, or real-estate appraiser. Do not rely on measurements from Pink Cube for purchase decisions, renovations, structural changes, planning applications, or legal disputes. Consult a qualified professional for any decision where accuracy matters.

Disclaimers

Pink Cube is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the 3D models or measurements produced by RoomPlan will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any loss arising from reliance on a scan or a measurement.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Cube or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Cube after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
