Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Crest iOS app (“Pink Crest”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Crest is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Crest is

Pink Crest is an on-device daily card painter for iPhone. Once per day, the app reads today's calendar events through Apple's EventKit framework (read-only), asks Apple's on-device Foundation Models to write a single-line caption from the day's shape, and asks Apple's Image Playground to paint a stylized card image around that caption. The result is one keepsake day-card per day, saved on your iPhone.

Pink Crest is not a calendar app, not a scheduling tool, and not a productivity planner. It does not replace, edit, sync, back up, or display your calendar. It does not show agendas, lists of events, reminders, or invites. Day-cards are personal artifacts, not productivity output.

Caption writing and card painting require iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer) with calendar permission granted. On older devices, today's calendar still drives a minimal text card but the painted visual and AI caption are unavailable.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The language model and the image generator both run entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Crest on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Crest, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three day-cards lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited day-cards, the year wall PDF export, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Crest available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Crest, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Generated content

The single-line caption and the painted card image for each day-card are produced by Apple's on-device Foundation Models and Apple's Image Playground, respectively. The output reflects today's calendar events as you have entered them and the behaviour of Apple's on-device models. We do not author, curate, moderate, or guarantee the accuracy, tone, or appearance of any caption or card. Day-cards are creative keepsakes; treat them as such.

Not a calendar, not advice

Pink Crest is a creative keepsake tool. It is not a calendar replacement, not a scheduling assistant, not productivity software, and not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on a day-card to remember or attend an event — use your actual calendar app for that.

Disclaimers

Pink Crest is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Crest or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Crest after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
