Personal finance, no bank login. On-device.
Pink Coin tracks your spending without ever connecting to your bank. Scan a receipt, tap to log, or pick a transaction from your Apple Wallet. Vision reads the amount on-device, Foundation Models suggests a category, and your ledger stays on your phone. No Plaid that breaks every two weeks. No accounts. No telemetry.
How it works
- Add the accounts you actually use (checking, cash, credit). Pick a base currency per account.
- Tap Log to enter an amount, or Scan to point at a receipt. Camera or Photos, both feed the same on-device OCR.
- Pink Coin reads the total, picks a category, and saves the transaction to the right account.
- Watch the Insights tab fill up. Week, month, year. Bar chart of where it went.
- End of year you get a monthly PDF statement you can keep.
Why not the others
- YNAB charges $109/yr and re-authenticates Plaid every 30–60 days for smaller credit unions. Pink Coin is $24.99/yr and never logs into your bank in the first place.
- Monarch killed the free tier. You can't evaluate the product before paying. Pink Coin has a 14-day trial of every feature.
- Copilot still doesn't support international banks. Pink Coin supports 25 currencies because it never asks who your bank is.
Privacy posture
On-device only. No accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs that contact a server we operate. The only network calls the app makes are to Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases. Family Sharing supported.
