Terms of Use

By installing or using the Pink Coin iOS app (“Pink Coin”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Coin is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. References to “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Danielius Studio LLC.

Pink Coin is a personal finance app for iPhone. It lets you create accounts (checking, savings, cash, credit) in a currency of your choice, log expenses and income manually, or scan a receipt and have the amount read on-device by the Apple Vision framework. Your ledger persists locally on your device. Pink Coin does NOT connect to banks, payment networks, or financial aggregators.

Pink Coin is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a tax, accounting, investment, or financial advisory service. The categorizations, totals, and insights Pink Coin produces are best-effort summaries of the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, your tax filings, and any decisions you make based on what Pink Coin shows you.

Pink Coin offers a 14-day free trial of the monthly subscription and three purchase options (monthly / annual / lifetime). Purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit and billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Family Sharing is supported for all purchase types.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly because we do not process payment.

Use Pink Coin to track your own personal finances. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the subscription enforcement. Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Pink Coin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the on-device OCR will read every receipt correctly, that Foundation Models category suggestions will be appropriate, or that the app will be available or error-free at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pink Coin. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to Pink Coin will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for most users, is $0 because purchases are processed by Apple).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
