Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Charm iOS app (“Pink Charm”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Charm is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Charm is

Pink Charm makes a single personalized Genmoji sticker each day. You type one feeling word; the app opens Apple's Image Playground with a sticker-format style hint and Apple's on-device Genmoji model generates a tiny PNG sticker for you to keep. Generated Genmoji are personal artifacts intended for your own use.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Generation runs entirely on-device through Apple Image Playground. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Device requirement

Pink Charm requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable device: iPhone with an A17 Pro or newer chip (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16 series, or newer), or iPad with an M1 chip or newer. On unsupported devices, daily Genmoji generation is unavailable.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Charm on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Charm, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three Genmoji entries lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Charm available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

Pink Charm is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the app, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Pink Charm is not a sticker marketplace, a public Genmoji creation platform, or a chat or messaging app. The Genmoji you generate are personal artifacts for your own collection. You may export a Genmoji to your personal Sticker collection in iOS for use in Messages on your own device.

Generated content

The Genmoji images shown in the app are produced by Apple's Image Playground (Genmoji) running on your device. The resulting PNG reflects the feeling word you type and Apple's on-device image model. We do not author, curate, or moderate the generated output. Use of Apple Image Playground is subject to Apple's own terms and content policies as enforced by iOS.

Disclaimers

Pink Charm is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Charm or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Charm after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
