Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Cast iOS app (“Pink Cast”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Cast is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Cast is

Pink Cast is a weekly three-dimensional object journal for iPhone. Each Sunday you record a ninety-second walk-around of one object. Apple's on-device Object Capture turns the walk-around into a textured three-dimensional scan. The source frames, the scan, and the museum all stay in your app sandbox.

Pink Cast requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with an A17 Pro chip or newer (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older or unsupported devices, the app cannot generate a scan because the on-device Object Capture APIs are not available.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The photogrammetry runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Cast is NOT

Pink Cast is not a 3D editor. You cannot retopologize, retexture, or rig your scans. The output is stored as-is.

Pink Cast is not a social platform. Your museum stays on your device. The app has no feed, no comments, and no sharing surface beyond standard iOS share sheets you control.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Cast on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Generated content

The three-dimensional scan comes from Apple's on-device Object Capture pipeline. Because these models are probabilistic and depend on lighting, motion, and surface texture, the same object may produce different scans on different attempts. We do not guarantee the geometric or textural accuracy of any scan.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Cast, every feature is unlocked for three Sunday scans with no payment and no account.

After the free window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three captured scans lifetime, OR purchase Pro Monthly at $4, Pro Annual at $25, or Lifetime at $59 at any time from the Settings screen. Pink Cast Pro unlocks unlimited weekly captures, the AR museum browser, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Cast available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Cast, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Cast is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Cast or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Cast after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
