Terms of Service

Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Card iOS app (“Pink Card”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Card is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Card is

Pink Card is a personal postcard generator for iPhone. When you tap to generate today's postcard, the app obtains a one-shot location, queries Apple's WeatherKit for current conditions, paints a still illustration with Apple's on-device Image Playground, and writes a two-line caption with Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Generated postcards collect into a year wall view; Pro unlocks unlimited postcards, PDF export of the year wall, and a Lock Screen widget.

Pink Card requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer with A17 Pro or later). On older devices, the generation step is unavailable.

Pink Card is not a weather forecasting service. It is also not a postcard mailing platform: it does not send physical postcards to any address and does not deliver postcards to other people. Generated postcards are personal artifacts that live in the app on your device. The weather information shown on each postcard comes from Apple's WeatherKit and may not match other forecasting sources exactly. See the Privacy Policy for details on the one-shot location request and the WeatherKit lookup.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Card on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Card, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three postcards lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Card available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

Pink Card is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Card, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You agree not to use the generated postcards or captions to harass, defame, or impersonate any person, or for any unlawful purpose.

Not a weather forecast, not professional advice

The weather information shown on each postcard is a brief summary derived from Apple's WeatherKit and is intended as a personal keepsake of the day, not as an authoritative forecast. Do not rely on Pink Card for travel, aviation, marine, agricultural, or emergency-preparedness decisions. Pink Card is not a meteorological service and does not provide severe-weather alerts. For decisions that depend on accurate forecasts, consult an authoritative weather service.

Disclaimers

Pink Card is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The illustrated postcard and its caption are generated by on-device models and may contain inaccuracies or stylistic choices you did not expect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Card or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Card after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
