Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Brush iOS app (“Pink Brush”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Brush is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Brush is

Pink Brush is a daily painting app for iPhone. You type one feeling word, and the app uses Apple's on-device Image Playground to generate a painterly still. It then composes a six-second MP4 with a slow Ken Burns zoom using AVAssetWriter. Each painted moment is saved as a small animated still that you can revisit, share, or export.

Pink Brush is not a video editor, not a motion-graphics tool, and not an animation studio. The Ken Burns zoom is a single fixed, gentle effect and is not user-customizable. There is no timeline, no keyframing, no script, no narration, and no audio of any kind. The output is a quiet, personal artifact.

Painting generation requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older devices, the painting step is unavailable.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Image Playground and AVAssetWriter both run entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Brush on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Brush, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three paintings lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Brush available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

Pink Brush is for personal, non-commercial use. The painted MP4s the app produces are personal artifacts for your own use. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Brush itself, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to use Pink Brush to attempt to generate content that violates Apple's Image Playground content policies or any applicable law. Image Playground enforces its own on-device safety boundaries; we do not override them.

Device requirement

Pink Brush requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older devices the app will install but the painting step is unavailable.

Disclaimers

Pink Brush is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The painted stills are generated by an on-device model and may vary in quality and style; we make no guarantees about the artistic outcome of any individual painting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Brush or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Brush after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
