Terms of Use
Acceptance
By installing or using the Pink Bright iOS app (“Pink Bright”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Pink Bright is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
What Pink Bright is
Pink Bright is a personal daily-artifact app for iPhone. Once a day, you pick one photo from your own Photos library. Apple's on-device Vision framework runs VNDetectContoursRequest on the image, returns contour vectors, and Pink Bright renders them locally into a line-art outline of the picture. The result is a dated entry you can revisit, plus a printable year wall PDF and a Lock Screen widget when you unlock Pro.
Pink Bright is not a photo editor, a social photo-sharing service, a drawing app, or a cloud backup. It does not modify, delete, or write back to the original photo in your library. Bright entries are personal artifacts kept locally on your device.
Contour detection requires iOS 14 or later (Vision's VNDetectContoursRequest). On unsupported devices the app cannot save a bright entry.
The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Vision runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Photos permission and what we do with it
Pink Bright reads only the photos you explicitly pick through Apple's system picker. The app does not scan your broader Photos library, does not extract face data, and does not read EXIF location metadata. The Vision framework analyzes only the still you pick and only to return contour vectors; no other model is run against the image.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Bright on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
Free window and subscriptions
When you first install Pink Bright, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.
After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three bright entries lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited bright entries, the year wall PDF export, and the Lock Screen widget.
All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Bright available on the App Store under your Apple ID.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Bright, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the photos you pick and for ensuring you have the right to use them; the app provides no editing, sharing, or publishing surface, and bright entries are kept locally for your own personal reflection.
Not a tracing or vectorization tool
The line-art Pink Bright renders is an on-device Vision contour estimate intended for personal artifact-keeping. It is not a professional vectorization, tracing, or illustration tool; the level of detail and the line placement depend on what Vision found in the photo you picked.
Disclaimers
Pink Bright is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Bright or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Bright after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
