Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Brief iOS app (“Pink Brief”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Brief is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Brief is

Pink Brief is a fully on-device one-task-per-day app for iPhone and iPad. You set a single brief for the day and it appears on the Lock Screen as a Live Activity, in the Dynamic Island, and on Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, with a countdown to midnight. You can mark it done from any of those surfaces, add an optional reflection note, and review past briefs, streaks, and completion stats.

Everything is stored on your device. The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Brief on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Brief, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with one brief per day, or upgrade to Pro at any time from the Settings screen. Pro is sold as Monthly ($2 per month, auto-renewing), Annual ($13 per year, auto-renewing), or Lifetime ($29 one-time, no subscription). Prices shown are United States prices; your local price is shown in the app before you buy. No plan includes a free trial or introductory period, so nothing is billed until you choose a plan and confirm the purchase.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Brief available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Brief, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

No medical claims

Pink Brief is a personal productivity app intended for casual personal use. It is not a medical device. We do not claim that it diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any medical condition, including but not limited to insomnia, anxiety, or attention disorders. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Disclaimers

Pink Brief is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Brief or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Brief after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
