Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Bind iOS app (“Pink Bind”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Bind is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Bind is

Pink Bind is a personal thought-binding app for iPhone. You type a thought. Pink Bind runs Apple's NaturalLanguage framework on-device — NLTagger to extract named entities (persons, places, organizations) and NLEmbedding to compute a semantic vector — and saves the text together with those entity tags and the embedding. The embedding is what lets later thoughts bind to earlier ones that touch the same ideas, even when the words are different.

Pink Bind is not a journaling cloud service, a notes sync product, or a search engine over your data accessible to anyone else. Bind entries are kept locally on your device for your own reflection.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The NaturalLanguage pipeline runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Bind on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

Pink Bind is free to use for your first three bind entries lifetime, with no payment and no account.

After the third bind, you may unlock unlimited binds with one of three options: Monthly ($4/month with a 14-day introductory offer on the Monthly plan), Annual ($25/year), or Lifetime ($59 one-time). You can buy any tier at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Bind available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Bind, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the thoughts you type; the app provides no sharing or publishing surface, and binds are kept locally for your own personal reflection.

Not therapy, not medical advice

Pink Bind is a personal thought-binding tool. The entity tags and semantic embeddings are produced by an on-device language model and are not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. The app does not interpret the meaning of your thoughts or claim to address mental-health conditions.

Disclaimers

Pink Bind is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Bind or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Bind after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
