Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Balm iOS app (“Pink Balm”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Balm is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Balm is

Pink Balm is a private skincare routine tracker for iPhone. You add the products you use by name, brand and type, put them in a morning and an evening routine, and check each step off as you do it. Once a week you can save a progress photo, taken with the camera or chosen from your library. The Progress tab shows today's adherence and your weekly photos.

Pink Balm is not a product database, a skin analysis tool, a social network, or a source of dermatological advice. It has no AI face or skin analysis. Product names are whatever you type, and everything is kept locally on your device.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Balm on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Balm, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a free window, not a trial signup, and nothing is billed when it ends.

After the three-day window, you may keep using the app for free with up to two products in total. Products you already saved stay in your routines and can still be checked off, and deleting a product frees its slot. To add more, you may purchase Monthly ($4/month), Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro removes the product limit.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings app, under your name, then Subscriptions.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Balm available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Balm, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the photos you take or pick; the app provides no sharing or publishing surface, and everything is kept locally for your own use.

Not medical advice

Pink Balm is a personal tracking tool. It does not recommend products, assess your skin, or give medical or dermatological advice. For any skin condition, or before starting a new treatment, consult a qualified professional.

Disclaimers

Pink Balm is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Balm or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Balm after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
