Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Aura iOS app (“Pink Aura”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Aura is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”, “Studio”).

What Pink Aura is

Pink Aura is a daily Health-reflection journal for iPhone. Each morning, with your permission, it reads a small set of yesterday's Health values from Apple Health (sleep, heart rate variability, steps, active energy, resting heart rate) and uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models (the same Apple Intelligence layer built into iOS) to write a short one-paragraph essay reflecting on the day. Nothing about your Health data leaves your phone, ever. Pink Aura never writes to Apple Health.

Device requirements

Pink Aura requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer), or an M1+ iPad with iPadOS 26. Essay generation uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models and is not available on unsupported hardware.

Health permission is required for essay generation. You must explicitly grant read access to each Health category at first launch. You can revoke any category at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Pink Aura. Revoking access means new essays cannot be generated; existing essays remain readable.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use Pink Aura on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Aura, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three lifetime essays, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited daily essays, the year letter book PDF export, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Aura available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Generated content

The essay you see in Pink Aura is produced by Apple's on-device Foundation Models from yesterday's Health metric values. The text reflects the model's output; Pink Aura does not editorialize, post-process, or fact-check the essay beyond presenting it. Because the model is generative, essays may vary day to day even on similar inputs, and may occasionally contain phrasings that do not match how you would describe your own day. Treat the essay as a creative reflection on numbers, not a verdict on your health.

Acceptable use

Pink Aura is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works of Pink Aura or its generated essays, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You agree not to use Pink Aura to provide health-related services, advice, or content to any third party.

No medical or clinical use

Pink Aura is not a medical device, is not certified for clinical use, and is not intended to be used by clinicians, researchers, or any party making medical decisions. The essays must not be relied upon for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition. If a Pink Aura essay seems to describe a health pattern that concerns you, consult a qualified clinician using your actual Health data (which remains in Apple Health), not the essay.

Disclaimers

Pink Aura is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of generated essays, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Without limiting the foregoing, Studio is not liable for any decision (medical or otherwise) made on the basis of any essay generated by Pink Aura. The essays are creative reflections written by an on-device language model from Health metric values; they are not clinical interpretations and must not be relied upon as such.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Aura or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Aura after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
