Pink Aura

One letter a day. From your body. On-device.

Open Pink Aura once a day. It reads yesterday's sleep, heart rate variability, steps, active energy, and resting heart rate from Apple Health, and writes you a short warm paragraph about what your body was telling you. The writing happens entirely on your iPhone, with Apple's on-device language model. By the end of the year you have 365 short letters from your own body.

How it works

  1. Open Pink Aura once a day, ideally in the morning.
  2. Tap the + and grant Pink Aura read-only access to the five Health metrics it uses. Nothing else is read.
  3. Tap Write today's essay. Apple's on-device language model writes a short three-to-four sentence paragraph from yesterday's metrics.
  4. Edit the paragraph if you want, then save. It is filed under today's date.
  5. Open Pink Aura at the end of the year to read your 365 letters back.
