What Pink AI is

Pink AI is a chat app for iPhone that uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models to generate responses. You type a message; Apple's on-device language model produces a reply; the conversation is saved locally so you can revisit it. Pink AI is free; there is no paywall, no subscription, and no in-app purchase.

Who provides it

Pink AI is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Pink AI you agree to these Terms.

Device requirements

Pink AI requires an iPhone with Apple Intelligence support (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 series, iPhone 17 series, or M1+ iPad) running iOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence enabled in Settings. On unsupported devices, the chat view displays a notice and the Send button is disabled.

Price

Pink AI is free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscription tiers, no consumables, and no advertising. Apple's Foundation Models framework is provided by Apple at the OS level; Pink AI is a thin wrapper that surfaces it as a chat UI.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Pink AI's replies are produced by an on-device large language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. Do not rely on Pink AI's output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

The on-device model is provided and updated by Apple. We do not control its training data, its outputs, or its behavior. Pink AI surfaces the model's reply as-is without additional filtering on our part.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pink AI to generate content that violates applicable laws, including content that targets, exploits, or harms minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; targeted harassment; or activity that would breach Apple's Foundation Models usage policies. Apple's on-device model includes its own safety measures, but you remain responsible for how you use the output.

Privacy

See the Pink AI Privacy Policy. In short: your conversations stay on your device. We do not operate any server that handles your chat content.

Intellectual property

The Pink AI brand, icon, and app code are owned by Danielius Studio LLC. The Apple Foundation Models framework and the on-device language model are provided by Apple under Apple's own terms.

No warranty

Pink AI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Because Pink AI is free, no refund mechanism applies on our side; Apple App Store refund policies are separate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pink AI.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of Pink AI after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
