Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Tile Android app (“Pink Tile”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Tile is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Tile is

Pink Tile is a fully on-device time-blocking journal for Android phones and tablets. You add your own categories, place blocks on a 24-hour timeline as planned or logged, and see your logged hours by category for the week and the year, with your last 12 weeks side by side. A Home Screen widget opens the app.

The app stores your categories and blocks locally with a private database and makes no network calls except to Google Play billing for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Tile on Android devices you own or control, as permitted by the Google Play Terms of Service. Where these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service conflict, the Google Play Terms of Service control.

Free tier and subscriptions

Pink Tile is free to install. Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that, without Pro, you can keep up to 3 categories; blocks are never limited. Pro unlocks unlimited categories.

Pro is available as Monthly ($3/month), Annual ($13/year), or a one-time Lifetime unlock ($29). You can choose any tier from the Settings screen inside the app.

All payments are processed through Google Play billing and are subject to Google Play's standard subscription terms, including renewal until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Google account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Pink Tile stays available to your Google account on Google Play.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Tile, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Tile is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Who these Terms are with

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Google, and that Google is not responsible for Pink Tile or its contents.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Google's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Tile after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
