Short version

Pink Weave is an Android app published by Danielius Studio LLC, free to download with optional in-app purchases. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Don't use it to do anything illegal.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Weave on Android devices you own or control, as permitted by the Google Play Terms of Service. Where these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service conflict, the Google Play Terms of Service control.

Free to play, optional Pro

Pink Weave has no ads. Every puzzle is free, and free board themes unlock as you solve puzzles. An optional Pro upgrade opens every board theme at once, including the Prism theme that only Pro has: Pro Monthly $3 per month or Pro Annual $13 per year (subscriptions), or Pro Lifetime $29 once (USD; your local price appears at the time of purchase). Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Manage or cancel in Google Play: open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that does not renew. Payment is charged to your Google Play payment method at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are made through Google Play, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its standard policy.

No warranty

Pink Weave is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside Google Play.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Weave at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The Google Play Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
