Terms of Use
Short version
Pink Chip is an Android app published by Danielius Studio LLC, free to download with an optional Pro upgrade. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Don't use it to do anything illegal.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Chip on Android devices you own or control, as permitted by the Google Play Terms of Service. Where these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service conflict, the Google Play Terms of Service control.
Free games and Pro
Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that, 5 games a day are free; a game is one match you start, and the count resets at midnight. Pro removes the limit: Monthly ($3/month), Annual ($13/year) or Lifetime ($29 one-time), bought from the Pro screen in the app. Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them. Manage or cancel in Google Play: open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Payments are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. There are no ads.
No warranty
Pink Chip is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.
Acceptable use
- Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
- Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside Google Play.
Termination
You may stop using Pink Chip at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The Google Play Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
