03 Approach
how we work

Read.
We start by reading: the brief, the product, the people who use it. Nothing is drawn until we can say it in one sentence.
- 02
Draw.
Sketches, type and a few large decisions, shown early and rough, on paper or on screen.
- 03
Build.
Design and code in the same room. By the second week every page is a working prototype.
- 04
Tend.
After launch we stay for the small things: the slow image, the stray comma, the dot that is one pixel off.
