Picture books that answer back
Who am I?
Say the sound. The book answers.
Say moo, quack or oink and the right animal pops up over the fence. Or tap a sound button: it does the same.
We ask for your microphone so the book can hear the animal sounds.
Snufflebook never records or sends your voice. Your browser does the listening.

Voice play. The book uses your browser's own speech tool, and only after you press Let's talk. Snufflebook never records, stores or sends your voice. Some browsers pass speech to their maker to turn it into words, so that step follows the browser's own privacy terms.
Tap play. Every animal has a sound button that does exactly what the voice does. If your browser cannot listen, or you say no to the microphone, the buttons carry on.
Sound. Nothing plays until the first tap. The speaker button in the corner mutes everything, and the page works the same with sound off.
