Product No.01
Blood Orange Habanero

We cook whole ripe fruit low and slow, then add just enough fire. Shake it on anything and let everyone think you cook.
Whole fruit
Ripe fruit, skin and all, cooked down in small pots. No juice from concentrate, no shortcuts.
No cane sugar
The sweetness comes from the fruit. We never reach for the sugar sack, not even a little.
No gums or dyes
Nothing to thicken it and nothing to colour it. If the sauce looks bright, that is the fruit.
Small pots only
Forty jars a pot, stirred by hand and numbered by the batch. Nothing here is made in a tank.
The label, read aloud01/ 04
If you cannot picture it growing, it is not in the bottle.

Pick any three bottles. Repeats are welcome.
We cook in small pots because big tanks make a bland sauce. We are here to end boring hot sauce.
Small pots
Forty jars a pot. No conveyor belt and no tank, just a wooden spoon and someone who checks every batch.
Real fruit
Skins, seeds and all. We roast it, blend it and never add a syrup or a pulp to fake it.
Hand heat
Chilies are sorted by hand and added by feel until the sauce bites back, but only a little.

@wingman.wednesday

Put it on wings and nobody asked what the sauce was. They just asked for more.
@taco.tuesday.tess

The pineapple one made our leftover rice feel expensive.

Breakfast finally has a personality.
@fruitfirst.fern

I can taste the actual cherry. That never happens.
@nacho.night.nick

Green mango on nachos. Do it.
@dip.it.deb

Hot but not mean. My dad asked for a second bottle.
