Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Whack does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs fully on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising. Pink Whack is free to download with an optional Pro upgrade; the only network call is to Apple's StoreKit when you buy or restore Pro.

Who we are

Pink Whack is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Data we do NOT collect

What stays on your device

Pink Whack stores best session score + best level reached on your device only, in UserDefaults. A copy of your high score and peak level is kept in a shared space on your device so the widget can show your high score. The app also keeps today's game count, the date you first opened it (for your first 3 days), and whether you have Pro. Nothing leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes it all. If you allow reminders, the time of day you usually open the app, so a few tips and reminders arrive at a good moment in your first week. They are scheduled on your device and nothing is sent to us.

In-app purchases

Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that, you can play 5 games a day without Pro, and the count resets at midnight. Pro unlocks unlimited games and is sold as Pro Monthly ($3), Pro Annual ($13) or a one-time Lifetime unlock ($29). Purchases are handled by Apple's StoreKit; we never see your card number or billing details. There are no ads.

Children

Pink Whack is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.

Your rights

Because Pink Whack does not collect data, there is nothing to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all on-device state, simply delete the app.

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device, this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date will change. For v1.0, no such feature exists.
