Terms of Use

Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Twin iOS app (“Pink Twin”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Twin is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Twin is

Pink Twin is a personal paired-photo app for iPhone. When you open the capture screen, the app runs Apple's AVCaptureMultiCamSession to drive the front and back cameras at the same time. One tap saves two HEIC stills — the world in front of you and your face in the same moment — as a single paired entry kept locally on your device.

Pink Twin is not a camera replacement, a video recorder, a social photo-sharing service, or a cloud backup. It does not write captured pairs to your Photos library and does not modify any existing photo. Twins are personal artifacts kept locally for your own reflection.

Multi-cam capture requires an iPhone with the A12 Bionic chip or later (iPhone 11 or newer). This is a hardware requirement enforced by iOS itself. On unsupported devices the capture screen cannot start.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The camera pipeline runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Camera permission and what we do with it

Pink Twin uses Camera access only while you have the capture screen open and only to produce mirror pairs you explicitly trigger. The app does not enable the microphone, does not capture video, does not run face recognition, does not extract biometric face data, and does not analyze the contents of the captured stills.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Twin on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

Pink Twin is free to use for your first three paired twins lifetime, with no payment and no account.

After the third mirror, you may unlock unlimited twins with one of three options: Monthly ($4/month with a 14-day introductory offer on the Monthly plan), Annual ($25/year), or Lifetime ($59 one-time). You can buy any tier at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Twin available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Twin, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the twins you capture and for ensuring you have the right to photograph any people or places visible in the frame; the app provides no editing, sharing, or publishing surface, and twins are kept locally for your own personal reflection.

Not therapy, not medical advice

Pink Twin is a personal-artifact app. The paired captures are not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. The app does not interpret the contents of your twins or claim to address mental-health conditions.

Disclaimers

Pink Twin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Twin or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Twin after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
