Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Spire does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs fully on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising. Pink Spire is free to download; Pro is an optional in-app purchase handled by Apple.

Who we are

Pink Spire is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Data we do NOT collect

• No account, no email, no password — the app has no signup.
• No analytics, no telemetry, no event tracking.
• No advertising identifiers.
• No usage data sent off the device.
• No microphone, no camera, no photos.
• No location, no contacts, no calendar.

What stays on your device

Pink Spire stores your best score, your finished runs (score, blocks placed, perfect drops and when the spire fell), how many games you started today, the day you first opened the app, and whether you have Pro on your device only, in UserDefaults. Your best score is also shared with the app's own widget on the same iPhone. Nothing leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes it all. If you allow reminders, the time of day you usually open the app, so a few tips and reminders arrive at a good moment in your first week. They are scheduled on your device and nothing is sent to us.

In-app purchases

Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that you can play 5 games a day for free, and Pro removes the limit: Monthly ($3/month), Annual ($13/year) or Lifetime ($29 one-time). Apple handles every purchase; we never see your card number, billing address, or any other personal information. There are no ads.

Children

Pink Spire is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.

Your rights

Because Pink Spire does not collect data, there is nothing to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all on-device state, simply delete the app.

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device, this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date will change. For v1.0, no such feature exists.
