Pink Soak

Multi-round breath holds + cold plunge timer.

Open Pink Soak, pick a session shape, and the full-screen pink ring counts down each phase. A nested structure of timed breath holds runs first; an optional cold-plunge countdown follows. ActivityKit keeps the round counter and the current phase on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island the whole time. When you finish, the session is filed under today and the year heatmap fills in another tile.

How it works

Open Pink Soak. Tap Start a session.
Pick the round count (1 to 8) and hold duration (15s, 30s, 45s, 60s, 90s). Optionally add a plunge timer (30s to 5m, or off).
Tap Begin. The ring fills, the round counter ticks up, and the Live Activity pins phase + countdown to your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
Each phase ends with a haptic cue. Skip advances to the next phase early; the session continues until the last round (and plunge, if selected) finishes.
The completed session is filed under today. Open the year heatmap to see every day you finished one.

What stays on your device

No accounts, no email, no signup.
No analytics, no third-party SDKs.
Session history is stored on-device with SwiftData. Nothing leaves your phone.
The only network calls Pink Soak makes are to Apple's StoreKit when you choose to subscribe or buy Lifetime.

What you need

An iPhone or iPad running iOS 18 or later. iPadOS works in portrait or landscape.
That is the only requirement. No microphone, no camera, no Health data, no sensors.

Safety

Pink Soak is a timer, not medical advice. Never practice breathwork in or near water (shallow-water blackout risk). Consult a doctor before cold exposure, especially if you have a cardiovascular or respiratory condition.

Pricing

Pink Soak is free for one session per day with every feature available within that session. Pro unlocks unlimited sessions, the year heatmap, and the streak and stats view:

Pro Monthly: $3/month, with a 14-day free intro on the first subscription.
Pro Annual: $13/year.
Pro Lifetime: $29 one-time.

All purchases are handled by Apple and managed under your Apple ID. Pro is Family-Shareable through Apple's standard Family Sharing.

To restore a purchase on a new device, open Pink Soak, tap the settings icon, open the paywall, and tap Restore Purchases. Apple will re-verify your Apple ID's entitlements.

To cancel an auto-renewing subscription, open the Settings app on iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Pink Soak Pro.
