Pink Polish is a one-tap on-device photo enhancer published by Danielius Studio LLC. If something is not working, this page covers the most common issues. For anything else, write to support@danielius.studio.

Saving a polished photo
Pink Polish writes a NEW photo back to your library. Your original is never modified. The first time you tap Save polished photo, iOS asks for permission to add photos. If you tapped “Don't Allow”, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Pink Polish and choose Add Photos Only.
Presets and Auto
The five presets (Auto, Vintage, Pop, Soft, B&W) run on-device using Apple's Core Image. Auto applies Apple's curated enhancement chain plus a face-aware sharpen mask. None of your photos leave the device.
Subscriptions and unlocks
Pink Polish offers a 3-day free window after install, a Pro Monthly subscription with a 14-day free intro, a Pro Annual subscription, and a one-time Lifetime unlock. All purchases are handled by Apple's App Store and managed under your Apple ID in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
To restore a previous purchase on a new device, open Pink Polish, go to Settings inside the app, and tap Restore Purchases.
Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Privacy
Pink Polish does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The full privacy policy lives at danielius.studio/pink-polish/privacy.
Troubleshooting
- The Save button does nothing. Make sure you granted “Add Photos Only” permission (see above). If you still see no new photo in your library, force-quit and relaunch Pink Polish.
- Auto-enhance looks identical to the original. Some photos are already well-exposed and the curated chain has nothing to correct. Try Pop or Vintage for a more visible look.
- Subscription does not unlock features. In the app go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If that does not help, check that your Apple ID has an active subscription under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
