Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Pile does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs fully on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising. Pink Pile offers optional in-app purchases (auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime unlock); these are processed entirely by Apple, and we never receive your payment details or any personal data.

Who we are

Pink Pile is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Data we do NOT collect

What stays on your device

Pink Pile stores your high score, the date you first opened the app and how many games you started today on your device only, in UserDefaults. Nothing leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes it all. If you allow reminders, the time of day you usually open the app, so a few tips and reminders arrive at a good moment in your first week. They are scheduled on your device and nothing is sent to us.

In-app purchases

Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that, Pink Pile is free for 5 games a day. Pro Monthly ($3 / month), Pro Annual ($13 / year) and a one-time Lifetime unlock ($29) unlock unlimited games. All purchases are handled by Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew until cancelled in your device Settings. Apple processes every transaction; we do not collect or store any payment information or card details. Pink Pile shows no ads.

Children

Pink Pile is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.

Your rights

Because Pink Pile does not collect data, there is nothing to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all on-device state, simply delete the app.

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device, this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date will change. For v1.0, no such feature exists.
