Terms of Use
Acceptance
By installing or using the Pink Leaf iOS app (“Pink Leaf”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Pink Leaf is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
What Pink Leaf is
Pink Leaf is a Lock Screen plant tracker for iPhone and iPad. You add your plants by name, choose how often each should be watered, and tap to mark a plant watered. The Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets show what needs water next. Plant names and watering dates are stored on-device with SwiftData; the app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Leaf on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
Free tier and subscriptions
You can use Pink Leaf for free with up to 3 plants. Pro unlocks unlimited plants and the year garden art print. Pro is offered as Pro Monthly ($2/month, with a 14-day free intro on the first subscription), Pro Annual ($13/year), or a one-time Lifetime unlock ($29).
All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in Settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Leaf available on the App Store under your Apple ID.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Leaf, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
No medical or horticultural claims
Pink Leaf is a personal reminder tool. It does not claim to diagnose, treat, or prevent any plant disease, pest infestation, or growth disorder. The watering intervals you set are simply reminders you chose; the app does not give horticultural advice. For plant health concerns, consult a qualified gardener or local nursery.
Disclaimers
Pink Leaf is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Leaf or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Leaf after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
