Terms of Use

Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Forge iOS app (“Pink Forge”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Forge is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Forge is

Pink Forge is a personal 3D-composition app for iPhone. You place SceneKit primitives — cubes, spheres, cones, cylinders, and planes — onto a stage you can rotate and zoom. When you save a forge, the serialized SCNScene and a 512px thumbnail rendered from the default camera angle become a dated entry kept locally on your device.

Pink Forge is not a CAD program, a professional 3D modelling tool, an asset marketplace, an AR experience, or a cloud backup. The primitives are built-in geometric shapes; the app does not import external meshes and does not export to industry file formats. Forges are personal artifacts kept locally for your own reflection.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. SceneKit rendering runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Forge on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

Pink Forge is free to use for your first three saved forges lifetime, with no payment and no account.

After the third forge, you may unlock unlimited forges with one of three options: Monthly ($4/month with a 14-day introductory offer on the Monthly plan), Annual ($25/year), or Lifetime ($59 one-time). You can buy any tier at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Forge available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Forge, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the scenes you compose; the app provides no sharing or publishing surface, and forges are kept locally for your own personal reflection.

Not a CAD or engineering tool

Pink Forge is a personal-artifact app. The scenes you compose are not engineering drawings, architectural plans, or production-ready 3D assets. The app must not be relied on for manufacturing, construction, or any safety-critical design work.

Disclaimers

Pink Forge is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Forge or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Forge after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
