Pink Drift
A daily walk and one line on how your body felt. On-device. Private.
Apple Fitness shows the numbers from your walk. Pink Drift adds the sentence next to them. Each day, your steps and walking asymmetry are paired with one line about how your body actually felt. Over a year, the chart becomes a record of how you carried yourself.
How it works
- Open the app. Today's steps and walking asymmetry are already there, read passively from CoreMotion.
- Type one line about how your body felt today. Save.
- Tomorrow, do it again. Each entry lives on its day on the timeline.
- At the end of the year, see your asymmetry chart with your reflections inline.
What stays on your device
- No accounts, no email, no signup.
- No analytics, no third-party SDKs.
- No reflection or motion data leaves your device.
- The only network call is to Apple's StoreKit when you choose to subscribe.
Permissions
Pink Drift asks once for Motion & Fitness access so CoreMotion can read your step count and walking-asymmetry value. It never reads HealthKit and it never needs an Apple Watch.
